Your picture was cut in half. I had that problem and if you don't mind I'll tell you what a reader passed on. If you go to html in blogger edit there should be a "width" and height" in the html code for the picture. To fit most templates in blogger you're looking at a width of 400. Then increase the height in an appropriate amount. That should make the picture show up in it's entirety.
Sorry, didn't mean to play "let me show you how to do it". But I had no clue on that til someone told me.
